1. Vision
Every project starts with understanding your needs and inspiration. Share your mood board, ideas, and creative direction to kick off the collaboration. Together, we’ll discuss crucial details—like the number of images, their purpose, and the style you’re aiming for. Once we’ve aligned our vision and agreed on the quotation, the creative journey begins.
4. Photography
With the concept finalized and the products in hand, our team gets to work. Each shot is meticulously planned and executed to highlight your product’s features, using the perfect angles, styling, and lighting to capture truly compelling visuals.
2. Material Libary
We offer an extensive library of backgrounds, pillars, shapes, and props you can choose from to bring your concept to life. Need something specific, like unique ingredients or a custom background in a particular hex code? Let us know, and we’ll incorporate it into the concept, including any additional costs for custom props or materials.
5. Post Production
After the photoshoot, you’ll receive access to your images on Picflow, our go-to platform for image review. You can preview the raw shots, annotate them with comments, and provide feedback so we know exactly what to retouch. From there, we will get to work, perfecting every pixel to ensure your images are beautifully on your platforms.

Using your brief and mood board as our foundation, we create a detailed proposal outlining each shot. This ensures you know exactly what to expect at every stage. Once approved, you can send your products to us—don’t forget to include a retour ticket if you’d like them returned.
6. Delivery
Once post-production is complete, we’ll deliver your final images via a WeTransfer link directly to your inbox. Your package includes high-quality JPEG files and web-optimized images with appropriate naming conventions, ready for immediate use.

Our studio is based in Deventer, conveniently located between the city center and the highway, making it easy to access.
With free parking around the building
You can send your products via post to our studio. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to deliver them in person. Let us know your preference, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Products will only be returned if you provide a retour ticket.
We’ll store your items for up to 12 months. If no retour ticket is provided and the items remain unclaimed, we reserve the right to donate or repurpose them.
You’ll receive a detailed quotation before the shoot. During post-production, you may opt to add additional images. Once you finalize your selection in Picflow, we’ll issue the full invoice. Retouched images will be delivered after payment is received.

No, we don’t provide RAW images. These files are the photographer’s digital negatives and require development to match our creative standards. Delivering RAW images would compromise our creative vision and copyright. Rest assured, the final retouched images we deliver will be polished to perfection and ready for use.

You will receive the images within a month after selecting. But mostly it will be within two weeks.
Yes, if you have a tight deadline for the (some of) the images. Please let me know so I can make sure to make some time in my planning. There will be an additional fee of 50% per image.
